Our Leadership Team

William Reiley, Ph.D.

Dr. William Reiley is a Principal Investigator and Head of Research Services at TICRO Bioservices. He has 15 years of experience in studying cellular immunity to BSL3 viruses and bacteria and is recognized as an expert in the field of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and immune responses of the lung. He has significant experience in managing customized preclinical animal models, including mice, hamsters, and ferrets, in the field of immunology and infectious disease. Dr. Reiley oversees all TICRO research, its personnel, and communicates the findings and interpretations of contracted projects to stakeholders. 


Tricia Hart, B.A.

Tricia Hart, B.A., is a Program Manager at TICRO Bioservices.  She has extensive experience after working in Research & Development (R&D) at a renowned pharmaceutical company. This experience included pre-clinical studies, clinical studies, and FDA submissions. Tricia brings her knowledge of GMP facilities, standard operating procedures, organizational skills and logistics to complement the TICRO team. 

Shelton Bradrick, Ph.D.

Dr. Shelton Bradrick is a Principal Investigator and Senior Study Director at TICRO Bioservices, and a virologist with over 20 years of experience working with pathogenic RNA viruses. Previously, Dr. Bradrick worked at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston as an Assistant Professor where he worked on flaviviruses and molecular mechanisms of multiple sclerosis. In 2019, Dr. Bradrick transitioned to a Principal Scientist position with MRIGlobal, a non-profit applied research institute located in Kansas City, MO. While at MRIGlobal, Dr. Bradrick led projects for government and industry clients, focusing significantly on applied research addressing the COVID-19 pandemic as well as biodefense programs. Dr. Bradrick joined TICRO Bioservices and the Trudeau Institute in 2023 as Senior Study Director and a Principal Investigator to continue directing projects in basic and applied research with particular emphasis on virology.


Nagarama Kothapalli, Ph.D.

Dr. Nagarama Kothapalli, Ph.D., is a Program Manager at TICRO Bioservices.  Rama has 20 years of experience in the field of biochemistry with expertise in molecular and cellular biology. Her research training spans broad areas of molecular immunology, cell biology and in vitro assessment of cancer therapeutics. She has authored/co-authored several peer-reviewed publications in multiple disciplines including immunology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, cell biology and STEM education.
